Not anything complicated if the technology can be found. A video camera able to send images wireless and a remote control toy car. It will be rudimentary but certainly not difficult, and if tweaked a little perhaps we can strengthen the remote's signal to the car. No point in being extravagant when something that simple will do for such purposes. The difficult part will be finding said devices.
