[Rei looks tired. And she has the look of someone who is working, so hard, to keep it together. But all the same, Rei has a large jungle flower in her hands, fingers carefully moving the petals aside to examine the flower fully, taking a deep breath before she speaks.]

Chibiusa is no longer in Adstringendum. That's -- three of us, in the past couple of weeks.

[Rei pauses -- she doesn't know what to say, on top of that. An emphasis, maybe, on how the Animus are punishing them? Or maybe it's not even a punishment, maybe their luck is truly that terrible.

Her fingers pinch a petal lightly.]

At least the event isn't dangerous, for the most part, right?

[And then, Rei looks up towards the camera.]

Is anywhere here good at planting flowers? -- roses. I need roses, but I don't know if they'll grow here.

I am. And I can speak to the roses so they behave Miss Ray.

Well, not just roses. All flowers. They're very good conversation actually.

I've never bothered growing them before.

[Mostly because Mamoru is so good at growing them and Rei takes the stupid things for granted.]

[Yes and no, although Usagi can vouch for the talking flowers... sort of.]

Depends on what you wish to talk about of course! [She giggles.] You always have to be the one to greet them first of course mind you otherwise they say nothing at all! That's why so few know that flowers can talk!

Normally, but there's not much else to do when we're trapped in the Amazon for a week.

[That and she can't work up the energy to rally what senshi are left into doing something about it, because that's not her job.

Plenty of water and sunshine. And they do get terribly lonely all by themselves so you should be sure to plant them in groups! They're terrified of weeds and can't stand certain bugs. It's much easier when you speak with them because they can tell you when they don't have enough water or have too much!

There used to be a rose garden at Whipstaff... it would be nice to see some again.

[Quietly. Oh god, Usagi.]

[Snakes in your room? Make a snakeskin cover. Giant bugs? Close the windows. I don't hear any buzzing? Do you hear any buzzing?]

Cleaning.

[It all sounds like legitimate information to her.]

Anyone can talk to flowers! They liked Miss Uu-saa quite a bit when she spoke with them. It's because of her hair you see! They think our hair is petals and they were terribly fond of how hers were in such two neat strands! I'm sure they would adore yours because black petals simply don't exist and you have such pretty long black hair!

[They say snake tastes like chicken.]

...You could burn it.

[But he assumes you don't want to if you haven't already done it.]

There might be animals living near it. I don't want to kill them.

[She hasn't seen you in awhile, shut up and come take care of the stupid thing.]
