As it is now, he doesn't deserve that chance. And I'm not going to tell anyone I care about to give him that chance until he proves that he's worth one.

No one threatened or attacked him before and he took people and put them into comas. I respect that he's your family and that you don't want anyone to hurt him -- I understand that. [Probably more than he'll ever know or realize.] But I'm not naive enough to think it's just going to go away if I leave him alone.

There's no humanity in him, because he hates humans. And there's a good reason for that. You try getting kicked out by your family, shamed, hunted, and then imprisoned, forced to be twisted into a monster thanks to shitty propaganda and you tell me how well you'd turn out.

[He takes a moment to compose himself.]

No, he's not. And yeah, he is gonna keep screwing with you all. But just know there's a lot more to him than what he's showing. He's a bratty kid who likes messing with Daddy's toys. That don't make it better, but it's something to think about, hm?
