-- when it comes down to who has more people in this city, I beat her out by a mile. Archangel powers or not, if she wants to try and seize control of the force and this city, she's going to have to go through my pull and influence first, and I would rather die than let her control anything.

[Which, hilariously enough, will wind up being her. Because Rei is her little soldier to do her bidding in this force. But she doesn't know that yet.]

No one in this city is stupid enough to arrest me. Raphael is going to have to do that in order to do whatever she wants. And I'd like to see her try.

[If the city wants to fall for her power, then fine. But the moment these laws of dissent and speaking out go into place, Rei is going to march her ass to the center of the city and tell everyone who listens about how wrong it is and how the police force needs to be torn down.
