Perhaps if food that was 'good for me' was also edible, I would be more inclined.

[Yes, Castiel is four. But though he does like some healthy things, like fruit, supply is limited at the city and it tended to be stuff he couldn't stand. Usually because of the texture of it, which really is often revolting.]
