Riku's PCD is offline.

[She sounds oddly... calm about the news, but those that know her well know that it's getting to her. First Makoto vanishes, then Rhode vanishes, making Tyki unstable, and now Riku.

Especially Riku. Because Rei knows what's lying in store for him when he returns home.

There's a quiet pause, as if she's about to continue with what she's going to say, before she shuts off her PCD.]

[Perhaps you should look back on why Rei snapped, both Saturn and Hotaru, and you will find your answer.]

[She looks back at what she says and only sees her faith in the princess. So no, she doesn't know why you snapped. So she's done. And you've rather convinced her you'll be happier for it.]

[Your actions, so far, have demonstrated anything but a faith in the princess. No matter how many times Usagi has assured you that you are one of us, that you are a senshi, that you are to be defended and loved, you have constantly pushed her away.

Perhaps it is the different universes, but the coldness and refusal to trust Usagi's judgment isn't what her Hotaru would have done.

And until that is proven, that both Hotaru and Saturn will respect Usagi's word without causing her to cry, Rei will not apologize.]
