*Ulquiorra was getting ready to head out to the Wastes himself when he saw Rei's message, so it actually was coincidence when he saw her near the wall. He'll be keeping his distance for now, though, trying to get an idea of her emotional state before he approaches.*

[She isn't doing much of anything besides staring at the sky and trying to get a grip on herself, before she goes to see Usagi. After a few moments, though, Rei inclines her head in Ulquiorra's direction, ever so slightly, to glance out of the corner of her eye.

*He comes closer and at first keeps his expression neutral, before he apparently decides to take her advice from the Dreamscape and gives her a genuinely sympathetic look.* I understand.

[By the time Ulquiorra approaches, Rei has her eyes closed. When he gets close enough, she opens her eyes a little to glance over at the Hollow, before she blinks a little, mostly in surprise.

It probably says something that he's actually making an effort to be tactful instead of just telling her that it was something she should have been prepared for. Eventually, he just sighs and stands next to her. Being there is the best he knows how to offer.*
