Six full days.

[Six days since their powers left. Six days since Rei has felt aura. Six days since Rei has lost the powerful inner senshi within her. Six days since she let that stupid candle burn her.

Six days since Rei has wanted to go to the Inner City and take her abilities back.

Only one more day until Rei knows whether or not this is a normal event or whether or not it is, truly, a punishment.

You can call her on it if you want. Whether or not she'll be extraordinarily talkative is entirely up to you. But she isn't quite done yet.]

She thinks I'm gonna pull out all kinds of violent, horrible stunts to bust her ass, right? By not doing that and actually being nice to her, I throw her off her guard.

She likes unicorns.

[She stares at him for a long moment before arching her eyebrows, looking... suitably impressed, actually.]

But creating unicorns is only half the battle. If you really want to impress the girl, you should get her a real one.

Please. I'm playing tricks on the girl, not making her my princess. She can get her own damn unicorn when this is over.

Being nice to her as a trick isn't a trick, it's cruel.

She doesn't think anyone could ever love her. Don't make it worse by letting her down if she actually starts to get used to the idea that people like her as a person or I'll feed you a dose of your own karmic justice.

I'm being genuinely nice to her- believe it or not? I actually kinda respect the girl. I'm just not trying to get her riding me like she's riding Lucifer. It's not like the fake unicorns are gonna turn to dust or explode when she touches 'em- that would be bitchy. They'll be real enough. Low-maintenance and all.

You think she likes roses? She strikes me as a rose chick.
