2 [Accidental Video Post]

[Rei is sitting, cross-legged, in front of a small fire she has built outside of her new home. She's intensely focused on the fire, palms pressed together, chanting softly to herself words that cannot be picked up by the PCD. After a good five or six minutes of feed, she pushes herself up, frustrated, turning to a seemingly invisible spot.]

Nothing... nothing, Phobos! I don't see anything about Usagi or the other girls... what should I do?

[She continues speaking to thin air, adding various hand gestures.]

If the fire can't find them, then... they must really be gone.

ooc: To those who have drank the purple juice, Phobos is a black crow that is Rei's new imaginary friend. To those who haven't had the purple juice, then she's officially lost her nut. ♥

[Jean wanders out slowly, kind of interested in why there's a fire in the yard, not that he minds really. She wouldn't be starting them if she didn't know what she was doing, right? Right? He so hopes that's right.

[Rei spins on her heels, a bucket of water in hand, only looking slightly embarassed. Phobos the crow rests on her shoulder, peering intently at Havoc. Not that he can see him.]

Oh -- I'm not cold, I'm fine, I just...

[Her cheeks tinge pink. Her rituals look bizarre to those on the outside... she only needed half of Tokyo to remind her of that.]

I can use fire to get visions, to see things, of other places and people. I was...trying to see if my friends were okay. I'm really sorry, it was just an idea I had this morning, I should've asked first.

[Nope, can't see the crow to save his life. He's luckily unaffected for this event at least. He does get a nice curious look floating onto his face when she starts to blush and apologize. That curiosity continues on into a little bit of surprise listening to her explain that really incredible power of hers. He'll mention something about it later, but until then, more pressing issues.]

Naahhh, Told'ja, this is your home too. I just.. I got worried somethin' was wrong. I'm real sorry y'can't find anythin' out about your friends, Rei.. From what I know livin' here so long though.. People tell me that perhaps time freezes when we're gone or some sorta somethin' like that. When we go back, we're taken back without memory n' all that sorta thing right back t'where we were.

[He's dreading that day personally. Simply because of where he'll be.]

[Rei, too, is both dreading and eagerly awaiting returning. The last she saw of home, Chibiusa and Usagi were facing down the Wise Man, together... probably in face of certain death. And Rei had been unable to do anything.

The priestess forces a smile, but it doesn't reach her eyes. She, for a moment, looks older than she actually is.]

It's nothing, really. I just thought I would give it a shot to see if I could get lucky, but I guess the spirits here are stronger than I thought. They're blocking anything I could do... so... back to square one, right?

[She presses her hands together.]
