flameandpassion | 43 [Accidental Video]

[The PCD is thrown, tossed aside, and it catches the last moments of Hino Rei's transformation into Sailor Mars. The flames and fire fall away to reveal the senshi of passion and war, her gloved fingers curled into fists as she stares, trembling with unreleased fury, at a large boulder, far in the distance.

Fire engulfs her hand as she reaches up to pull back her bow.]

Mars Flame Sniper!

[The arrow rockets from her fingers and, in the distance, a burst of flame -- it has hit its mark.

Without hesitation, Mars goes again.]

Mars Flame Sniper!

[Again, the arrow hits, and again, fire spreads from Mars' fingertips.]

Mars Flame Sniper!

[The boulder is now no longer there -- demolished during the second round of attack -- but the senshi doesn't seem to care.

She's beginning to grow winded, but snarls out the command regardless, the bow forming brighter than before -- ]

Mars -- Flame -- Sniper!

[The arrow flies from her fingertips, but the aim is off -- it sinks into the ground, skidding along the snow, creating a near tidal-wave of steam and water as the flames melt the ice. She stumbles backwards, her legs quivering with the effort, before she sinks to her knees in the snow, her fingers digging into the ground as she, finally, allows herself to cry.]

ooc: Cloud lost his memories, which makes for a seriously upset Sailor Mars.

[Geez. Why does everyone do that here? No, she can't really say that. She sort of understood that time she went out there with Rei.]

[Which is a terrible lie, but she's just teasing. And teasing makes it feel normal.]

Geez. [She lets out a breath. It's a curse to be this trollable.]

[Oh, Usa. She'll just shake her head, exasperated. Come on, girl, Hitsugaya wouldn't electrocute you.

[Not helping. But have footsteps before too long. Real ones, not over the PCD.]

Rei-chan? Rei-chan!

[Mars salutes from a distance. She's sitting on a rock, by herself, a little calmer than she was before.]

I'm here to make you take it back.

[But she's smiling. She's mostly here to make sure Rei really will be alright.]

So bring it on.

Take it back.

I'll make you say it.

[And that would be Usagi grabbing for Rei's cheeks. As if she could do more that way than force Rei's mouth into weird shapes. On the other hand, that could be funny...]

[That -- was not what Mars was expecting, so Usagi successfully manages to squish the senshi's face together.

She looks positively incredulous.]

What're you doin --

Making you say it!

[Have a hand on your face, Usagi, as Mars tries to shove you off -- ]

Usagi -- !

[Clinging clinging clinging]

Take~ it~ back~

Usagi, if you don't let go, I'm going to --

[asklhgslkh get off dammit!]

What are you gonna do? [Smiiiiirking. Come on, Rei. Let her drag you into an argument. Bonus points for tongue war. Triple points if it makes you forget being so upset.]

Remember how good my ofuda felt against your face?

[Usagi is doing her job well -- Mars is far more focused on making Usagi pay rather than Cloud's memory loss.]

A good priestess wouldn't throw an ofuda at a helpless, innocent maiden.

[Ten points for melodrama.]
