4 [Accidental Video]

[The PCD clicks on to darkness, at first, with the rustling of sheets and feathers. There is the quiet sound of sobbing, but it's controlled, as if the individual doesn't want anyone to hear. There's a 'woosh' and the PCD is knocked upright to show Rei sitting in her bed, shaking, her face buried in her hands. She looks exhausted, as if she's just woken up from a terrible nightmare. Tears are leaking through her fingers and hitting... what appears to be large white wings that are wrapped around herself. They, too, are trembling.]

They're not dead... they're not dead... it's just a nightmare, there's nothing bad happening, they're not even here...I wouldn't hurt them, I wouldn't...

[The voice sounds choked, forced, and desperate. She moves to push herself off of the bed, but thinks better of it. Instead, Rei wraps her newly grown wings around her, still ignorant of the PCD recording. It turns off.]

ooc: Rei has just had a nightmare about killing her friends, aka, her only family. Have at it. ♥ Also, for those that care, her wings are capable of flight because Sailor Moon physics are awesome.

[Hitsugaya's own wings were tiny, fluffy useless things, but he paid neither them nor Rei's any mind.]

[Rei spins towards the PCD, alarmed, the wings flaring and knocking over anything in their wake, including the small device. It lands on the floor, face down.]

Toushirou?

[A quick scrabble and Rei picks up the PCD, her jawline now set. Humiliated. She opens her mouth to explain herself, but stops, shuddering as the last of the nightmare gives into reality.]

... right. I wouldn't.

[A twitch at the use of his given name, but he didn't correct her for the moment.]

[She forces a smile before shaking her head, trying to get the image of the nightmare out of her head.]

It's so real. The nightmare. It's like you're living it and everything. I could feel what was going on.

[Rei looks at the PCD, her eyes wide, tears welling in them.]

It felt...

[She pauses and, for a moment, her terror is replaced by anger.]

Her?

[The wings shudder.]

...Whether she knows you or not doesn't really matter to Rhode. She's angry right now, and lashing out at everyone. She'll calm down soon, and hopefully she'll get bored with everyone once she's attacked them once. Are you friends with Allen?

[Sharing a house doesn't mean rooms are close enough to hear someone, and the PCD is the only reason that Jean is there, knocking at Rei's door.]

[Have the sound of some things crashing -- damn wings, damn Animus -- before Rei opens the door, her eyes red, but the crying's stopped. She instantly looks embarrassed, her large angelic wings wrapped around her tightly, to prevent anything else being knocked over.]

-- I'm sorry if I woke you up, it was just -- a nightmare.

[The word is almost a curse. Ugh! What was she, five? Even if it is Rhode's doing.]

[Jean looks at the door and then turns his head down toward Rei when she finally opens it. He's certainly not angry, not one damned bit angry, just concerned. Anyone under his care is under his care damnit- not only that, but if the system had more than one person with Wings, he was betting these things were the Animus if he had missed the post.]

Nah, y'didn't wake me up

[Yeah she did but he's sticking to that story.]

. Y'okay with talkin' 'bout it? Ma used t'say talkin' about a nightmare would send it packin' and I'm a pretty brave guy so, I can take scary stories.

[He smiles a bit, trying to seem supportive in that manner.]

[Al's wings are smaller, and don't look like they bother him too much. White and small. They flutter just a little bit, flexing, showing only their edges to the camera.]

[Rei eyes the camera for a long moment, trying to remember his name... the nightmare is all but gone, but -- Al. That's right. Al.]

Oh, sorry. It -- just a nightmare.

[Al's nothing if not patient, and he doesn't seem to be bothered, just a little concerned.]

[She pauses. This is Allen, Rhode's fixation. Her eyes flash in anger,not with Allen, necessarily, but with what he just reminded her of.]

Okay or maybe ...yanno. .. ............Call upon some sort of weird firey thing that reminds him of a less devastating attack by his Colonel to ... Change her clothes and give her a forehead hat.

..Alright then. Well, he's just going to sit there and stare a moment, okay a few moments. Ahuh more than a few moments. Finally just so he's not staring he stands up and walks around her, disbelieving what he's just seen.]
